Zlatý Záchranářský Kříž are awards for best rescue acts that happend last year.
Nominations are accepted into 6 categories:
- The layman – all acts of people non-profesionals are collecting into this category
- The individual profesional – this category is made for people who are profesionals but the rescue operation they done individually
- The team of profesionals – is a category for all temas of profesionals
- The most curious rescue operations – the most curious actions of the year can be announced in this category
- Acstions that happend outside the Czech Republic
- The acquistion to rescue work in Czech – category for people, profesionals or specialists who made important progress for The Integrated Rescue System.
Nominations can be added by everyone. Support team from RESCUE report magazine that is the author of this project collects all nominations of past year. After duplicity elimination are all of them procesed and given to team of supervisors that consists of recognized profesionals from The Integrated Rescue System in our republic. This panel of experts assessments the best rescue acts of the year.
The ceremony is usually made in cooperation with the Prezident of the Czech Republic. The President Václav Klaus has been giving all awards to winners from his hands since 2008.
Zlatý Záchranářský Kříž regulary has big publicity in all mainstream and profesional medias.
All winners from year 2008 will be awarded on the 19 th of March 2009. The festive occasion will take place in Prague Castle – the seat of the President of the Czech Republic.
